Building a successful team is a crucial factor in the success of any business. However, as a solopreneur, you may not have any employees to rely on. Instead, you are responsible for every aspect of your business, which can be challenging, but it is vital to remain positive and focused on ensuring that your business succeeds.

Plan for growth: A gardener must plan out their garden bed, deciding where each plant will go and how much space they need to grow. Similarly, a business owner must plan for growth by anticipating the resources they will need, potential collaborations and how they will assign them

The lesson learned is there is always a lesson to learn, build upon, and file under E for the experience.

Our elders learned to follow the path; of education, find a stable job, stay there, and support their family until retirement. Many of us, especially those in our 40s, also attempted to follow this path. Some of us, after a while, dared to wonder if it is possible to seek joy and fulfillment and still be able to take care of our family and needs.

Anyways, so the conversation got me thinking about the definition of success. To the girl, it meant getting an education and not being singled out or embarrassed for lack. But, to the man, it meant having an image of a family he could control. So it’s interesting to see the varying definitions of success based on the need of the individual.

Discovering our purpose can be a challenging journey, but it is a one that is worth taking. We do not have to be perfect to live out our goal. Our imperfections and brokenness can lead us to our purpose. Once we have it discovered, it is essential to live it out daily and find joy along the way.
